Sergeant James F. "Jim" Southall

Mr. James F. "Jim" Southall. , age 65 of Tullos, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012.

Born Friday, May 16, 1947 in Charleston, West Virginia, he was preceded in death by his Father, Charles F. Southall; Mother, Margie Southall; Wife, Evie Cox Southall; Granddaughter, Amelia Mapp; and Brothesr, Phillip and Lakin Southall.

Mr. Southall served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam.

Those left to cherish his memory include his Daughter - Nicky Mapp and husband Josh, (Olla, LA) Daughter - Amy Haworth and husband Sandy, (Tullos, LA) Daughter - Sandy Wilson, (Georgetown, LA) Daughter - Jeanelle Southall, (Ripley, WV) Son - Brad Southall and wife Barbara, (Tullos, LA) Grandchildren - Jesse & Eric Wilson, Courtney, Ashley, Rachel Haworth, Lakin & Samantha Southall Brother - Charles Allen Southall and wife Rose, (Sun City, AZ) Sister - Cora Jean Jividen, (Reynoldsburg, OH) Sister - Dawna Kelly and husband John, (Tampa, FL) Sister - Helen Webb and husband Richard, (Sod, WV) And a Host of Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at Calvary Baptist Church, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and again on Thursday, November 29, 2012 from 9:00 AM until time of services.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Duane Moreno officiating. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, in Winnfield.
